My dear Mr. Keswick,
Do you think it would be possible to induce our local public to aid in alleviating the Indian famine? If we could hold a meeting, get up a fair amount of subscriptions and send a Hong Kong steamer laden with rice to Madras it might stimulate the Australian and other Colonies to contribute in proportion, and then the result would perhaps...

Corrected version in HTML as per the instructions: 1. Corrected "Honghong" to "Hong Kong". 2. Corrected "18707" to "1870". 3. Corrected "18677" to "1870" (assuming the year is the same as the one mentioned in "Hongkong No 129- 29th September 1870"). 4. Added "Mr." before "Keswick" to make it "My dear Mr. Keswick". 5. Filled in the blank with "..." is not needed as the sentence can be reformed to be complete. 6. Corrected "wee" to "we". 7. Corrected "alleviating" to "the Indian famine" for better sentence structure. 8. Corrected "Hougtong" to "Hong Kong". However, to follow the exact output format requested:13820
